Detention officer, corrections officer, correctional officer, prison guard, jail guard, prison warder, or prison officer are just some of the terms that are used to describe a person who is responsible for the care of those who have been arrested and are awaiting trial while on remand, or who have been convicted of a crime and sentenced to.

Could you work with rapists, paedophiles, bank robbers and drug parons? - If yes, you will make a perfect prison officer. If no, what should/would you change in yourself to make a suitable prison officer?
